Shipping

Orders over $150 that ship within the contiguous United States receive free standard shipping automatically. 

Jinen processes and ships orders within 1-2 business days. 

Orders will be shipped out of Colorado and will typically take around 1-5 business days to get delivered  with standard shipping depending on your location. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost that guarantees your order to arrive within 2 business days.

We offer shipping via UPS and USPS.

Please note that we do not ship orders internationally. 

- Delivered but not received?
If your package has not arrived once marked as delivered, please wait 3 business days as the package may have been marked as delivered prematurely while still in transit. If you still do not receive your package after the waiting period, please get in contact with us so that we may begin an investigation with the shipping courier for your package.
